  1. You  will receive an email from us when payment is completed. 

  2. It may take up to 5 days for order to be shipped because all cases are made to order. Usually, cases are shipped the day after the order has been placed. 

  3. Because cases are handmade, not every case looks the same! It is normal for some cases to have tiny spots or VERY minor scratches. They can only be seen from up close. Also, we try our hardest to reproduce the cases as the same color as what is shown when you order. Remember that the colors on your computer screen may be different than ours. All cases are inspected before shipment and we will always send the best one.

  4. Though they are phone cases and they can withstand use, treat each case as a work of art or jewelry. The design may fade in direct sunlight. Like anything else with constant use, the cases may get dirty. You can use rubbing alcohol to try to keep the clear edges clear & clean up the case. If there are any problems within the first 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will resolve the issue.

  5. What happens if your case is lost or broken through the mail? Send us a photo of your broken case. This rarely happens! We will make sure that you are happy with a new case. Unfortunately we cannot do much about lost packages. Contact your local post office or send us an email if you have any questions! info@madebywallflower.com
